iPhone 8 Plus has a big battery capacity which is 15% smaller than the previous iPhone 7 Plus. Apple claimed that the iPhone 8 Plus will get 2% more battery backup than the previous model. Apple has also made big changes to the charging speed of this device.

iPhone 8 Plus has a 2691 mAh non-removable lithium-ion battery which is enough for an all-day backup. Apple claimed that the device can provide up to 14 hours of HD video or 60 hours of audio playback time on a full charge. On our heavy uses, we got about 6 hours and 30 minutes of screen on time.

iPhone 8 Plus supports up to 18W wired charging which will charge this device normally. Apple advertised that Charging the device with an 18-watt charger will take up to 30 minutes to charge around 50% and up to 70 minutes to charge to 100%. Also, this device supports Qi wireless charging system.
